(2) Thermally control any fluid inline in any system with Rostra Vernatherm's 2-Port Valves.
There are two styles of these valves, our standard unit and our positive shut off unit.
Standard valves allow a bleed through, which allows the valve to rapidly sense system temperature and respond.
Positive Shut-Off valves are for those applications where a bleed through will not work, positive shut off units are sealed., and will not leak in the closed position.
(2) Rostra's three port valves ensure the proper operating temperature of any mechanical system, thanks to exclusive aerospace technology used for accurate temperature control.
Once the proper optimum operating temperature is reached, the valve automatically diverts fluid and/or mixes fluid to maintain optimum temperature through any cooling or heating system.
Designed for easy installation and no maintenance, the three port valve is constructed of lightweight CNC machined aluminum and standard Viton rubber seals. It is available in 1/4" and 1/2" port sizes, with connections of various ports such as male or female NPT, AN or SAE.
(5) Rostra's pressure relief valves can be specifically designed for cracking pressure 15 PSI and higher. Our CNC manufacturing equipment allows these valves to be produced in a variety of corrosion resistant metals including brass, aluminum, and stainless steel with tolerance capabilities to +/- .0005" (.0127mm). Closer tolerances may be obtained through secondary operations.
Our standard range of pressure valves include:
Adjustable Type Designs
Poppet Type Designs
Cartridge or Insert Type Designs
Adjustable Type
Adjustable Crack Pressure from 500 PSI to 2000 PSI
(3) Release fluid at any temperature between 30-300ºF.
Highly accurate
Maintenance free
Self energized
Rostra's thermal relief valves provide accurate release of any fluid by sensing temperature. Simply order the correct thermal relief temperature between 30F and 300F and it will be set and sent out ready to use. These valves are 100% maintenance free, and require no power source.
